  • can i change / cancel my order?

    because we work super fast to get your order to you, we likely can't make changes after an order has been placed. email support@anara.co (mailto:support@anara.co) and we'll do what we can.
  • can i have a discount?

    discounts go against who we are, we prefer to tell it like it is. the mainstream retail discount cycle is neither sustainable or ethical in our eyes. we set our prices fairly and back them up with great value products and service.
  • can i include a gift receipt in my order?

    you'll receive your receipt to your email. we're saving the planet! so we print as little as possible.
  • duties & taxes

    your order should arrive inside 10 working days to most places on planet earth

    we ship to most places on planet earth. some super remote areas may take a bit longer, but we'll find a way to get them to you.
